Shipping policy
OPTION A.
SAME DAY DELIVERY
Main warehouse / pickup location : 11 13th St Brgy Damayang Lagi Quezon City 1112
- our location is serviceable by Lalamove , Grab , Angkas and other same day delivery service providers
- we prefer that the buyer books for pickup for more accurate drop off location pin
- delivery fee and or additional tips will be paid by the buyer at the drop off.
BEST SHIPPING OPTION FOR
- small to bulky items to be delivered within Metro Manila.
- can reach locations outside Metro Manila like Cavite , Pampanga, Bulacan and Laguna via motorcycle.
- if items are bulky but can still be carried by motorcycle, it is still better to ship via Lalamove or Grab rather than ship via J&T Express or Gogo Express
PACKAGING
- Item will be packed in bubblewrap or put in a cardboard box depending on volume, size or availability of packaging materials
SCHEDULE OF PICKUPS:
- Item will only be available for pickup once payment is confirmed. We will then put it on queue for packing and send you a go signal once it is ready for pickup , usually within the day.
- We are generally open everyday from 10am till 9pm, unless no one is available to hand it over to the delivery rider.
- The go signal is good only for 30 minutes only unless we confirm that we are available for pickup. If you fail to book within 30 minutes, please ask us again if it is ok to book for a rider.
DO NOT BOOK WITHOUT A GO SIGNAL OR CONFIRMATION FROM US.
Insurance policy ( in case of loss )
Lalamove : up to P2,000 only regardless of item value
Grab : up to P50,000 depending on declared value
Angkas / Toktok : no insurance policy

OPTION B.
GOGO EXPRESS
- Gogo Express is powered by Quad X , which is a subsidiary of LBC
- not same day delivery, can take up to 3-5 days for areas in Metro Manila and Luzon , 5-7 days for areas in Visayas and Mindanao
ESTIMATED SHIPPING RATES (updated 3/9/2025)
1pc HG : 180-250php + insurance for declared value (usually 10%)
1pc MG : 400-600php + insurance for declared value (usually 10%)

PACKAGING
- Item will be packed in bubblewrap and cardboard box regardless of volume and size

Order can be picked up same day if paid before 10AM. Order will be picked up next day if paid after 12nn. This may still vary depending on volume of orders on queue for packing

J&T EXPRESS
- J&T Express is also a good option for sending small packages like 1/12-1/10 figures and SD to HG Gunpla kits.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING RATES :
1pc HG Kit or 5-7inch figures :180-200php
1pc MG : 400-600php + insurance for declared value (usually 10%)
5pcs MG : 3000 + insurance for declared value (usually 10%)
SCHEDULE OF PICKUPS:
Order can be picked up same day if paid before 12nn. Order will be picked up next day if paid after 12nn. This may still vary depending on volume of orders on queue for packing
Summary : cheaper for small parcels only.

OPTION D.
VICTORY LINER DROP AND GO
- Right now, this is the best option for bulk shipping and oversized parcels
- However, shipping rates depend on declared value, We can only lower the shipping fee if we lower the declared value.
- Limited to areas that has bus terminals of Victory Liner.
- We will only accept this mode of shipping for an accumulated purchase of P20,000
SCHEDULE OF PICKUPS:
Victory Liner Drop and Go does not do pickup. We have to bring the package to the nearest Drop and Go Branch to ship your parcel. Give us a week after payment has been completed to ship your parcel.
Summary: Affordable due to the lowered declared value, but no refunds in case of loss.

SHOPEE CHECKOUT
-Relatively the cheapest of all shipping options
-Payment for item needs to be settled directly to us to avoid incurring additional Shopee charges,
-Please note that there will be no refunds for the item in case of loss.
SCHEDULE OF PICKUPS:
Can ship everyday. Wait for go signal to checkout.
